How do I stop this app and get rid of my Instagram account on it?

Youd have to look pretty hard to "get" with the fact that this is ONLY or Instagram like Who Cares? I especially take issue with the product using screens in their App Store Details Section that are almost the real thing or some identical twin. (Screen Prints nearly a 100% match- slimy business !! A total waste of my time!

I deleted the app and my account was logged out so I reset the password but I am still following random people this is a hacking app like no!!!!!

Logged out n deleted app n still find Im following random people, it said it would only follow people with my permission and I havent received one notification asking me if I want to follow someone, this app is crap and you cant even delete your account from it
